Great staff and comfy stay

The staff here was super friendly and really made an effort to help us out. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, which is a big plus! Parking was easy too. Just a heads up, though—the breakfast was kinda meh, and the pool felt ice cold. Could’ve used some improvements overall.

The location was super convenient. The room was clean and had great stuff like a fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the heated pool and fitness center. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruit, eggs, and delicious pancakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy too.

This hotel has a beautiful, fresh design and the bathrooms are quite clean.

Excellent overall experience. Everything is excellent, we loved this hotel. Updated room and friendly communication with the staff. The location is central, close to Covington right there and downtown Cincinnati a 5 minute drive away, good restaurants, downtown Cincinnati and Covington. The pool area is nice too. Btw parking is possible on-site.

Plus, the property boasts a convenient location, close to excellent restaurants and various attractions in Cincinnati.

Special hotel, impressive rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful staff.

The accommodations are luxurious and impeccably clean, offering an ideal location close to buses and main attractions in Cincinnati. the service provided by the attentive and respectful staff is commendable. the double room comes with a beautiful view, contributing to a very enjoyable stay. Simply put, it was a fantastic experience.

Free breakfast was better than anticipated. Indoor pool was a nice feature for the kids. Free wifi and parking were added bonuses, since many places typically charge for these features. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Discounted zoo tickets too!

It would have been nice to have more seating available for the free breakfast. It got a little busy and tables/chairs were hard to come by. The pool was nice to have, but it was pretty chilly considering it was indoors.

The venue was well-maintained and truly exceptional. I loved the stay, and the location was ideal, close to the Cincinnati Zoo and all parts of Downtown Cincinnati, as well as Northern Kentucky's Riverfront cities. the service was outstanding, and I had a really good stay here.

That they move us to another room that didn't smell

The hotel was reasonably clean and upscale. The room was newly remodelled with big beds and a spacious bathroom. Amazing service. Great restaurant provided German dishes.

Breakfast was very good! Indoor pool was great since it rained most of our stay. Front desk staff was very nice. Loved that the mattresses and box springs had mattress protectors to keep bed bugs away!

Room was dusty. Mirrors, wall frames, bed headboards, telephone, the top of the a/c compartment and lamps inside the room needed to be dusted. Needed vacuuming in the hallway and room. Not too dirty, perhaps it was just the cleaning person we had when we were there. Spider web along the ceiling and wall, in the room and bathroom. Huge spider on window curtain, again if room would have been dusted and vacuumed perhaps the spider would have been killed before we saw it in the middle of the night. The hotel should post pictures of the outside area where the hotel is located, area seems calm, but wouldn't have been our choice if we knew how it looked.

The service was outstanding, the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, and the courteous staff were always available, all in a great location near the aquarium.
